Culture Change

Culture change is invariably reported to be a 6-7 year process - it very often fails!

We use the development of a 'Coaching Culture' to impact significantly on the organization's culture in 18-24 months.

Structured elements are provided by us and your staff. These include training, coaching, awareness events, co-coaching programmes and an internal coaching group.

Coaching and communication programs may also be geared to your specific needs to develop team-performance at all levels.
