The 'Coaching Manager' Training Courses

We have tailored coaching skills training to provide managers in Health, Government and Industry with rapid tools for managing all their stakeholders better. Coaching skills and the McLeod Management Model provide them with a fluid system for knowing how best to motivate and support people in every moment.

All courses are run with 4-6 week intervals to allow practical co-coaching work with other participants. Whether 3, 4 or 5 days, the final day brings all the skills together in a master-class with Angus McLeod.

We can advise on producing added value by maintaining CPD under your own management following the course. In this way, systemic culture-change is rapidly produced provided that key stake-holders are exposed to the needs of their coaching managers. In fact, these skills provide the key elements of leadership in action.
