None of us is consistently good at surprising ourselves (as a coach will) and so without coaching we are less effective than we could be. Your Coaching Team is selected from leading coaches internationally. We focus on team objectives and individual performance within an agreed coaching remit. We also provide corporate pod-casting sessions to embed and enthuse coaching and mentoring skills in your organization. Mentoring provides quick solutions - the AMA model offers the best chance that the mentee develops their own motivated solutions. Angus has written numerous published articles on coaching and his book, 'Me, Myself, My Team' (Crown House 2000, 2006 2nd edition) is selling strongly in the US. His book on Performance Coaching was launched by Crown House in September 2003.
