us is consistently good at surprising ourselves (as a coach will) and so

Your Coaching

Coaching

self-confidence. Coaching develops learning in new mental skills that transform the
efficacy of the individual immediately but importantly, in the future as well. Coaching develops
independence - your coach should and will become unnecessary within about
4-8 sessions. Classical mentoring creates dependency - our updated
mentoring model is better...
Mentoring
provides quick solutions - the AMA model offers the best chance that the mentee develops their own motivated solutions. Mentoring develops
solutions quickly but has less impact than coaching in the learning of
