Motivate your team without taking them away from their jobs

Link team-goals to personal motivation. The time inputs are just half a day with the team manager and two separate half-day sessions with each team member. We have coaches in western Europe and beyond - many are drawn from the Coaching Foundation and all having senior executive experience.

We link individual and team productivity and improve the working dynamics of the team. Angus facilitates, has an NLP background and is a Master MetaCoach. He designed two enormously successful Diploma Coaching Courses at Newcastle College. The attracted over 7,000 student registrations in its first year with over 15,000 students going through the course to date.

1. Profiling with head of team

2. Individual profiling with team members:

  • Values and objectives
  • Focus on challenges to performance in reaching goals and objectives
  • Breakthrough and new awareness
  • Confidential Performance Plan and commitments for personal development

3. Circa two weeks later: individual feedback, changes and commitments

4. Establish further needs for coaching, agree feedback for management

5. Management Review and any next step

We also undertake Team Reviews and can project manage next-step developments for the team. The programme can be supported by additional 1-2-1 coaching. We also provide both telephone and our internet mentoring service, 'Ask Max.'
