The day at the Black Country Living Museum was a great success

Adrian Smart organised the day for the Coaching Foundation West Midlands. This attracted a vibrant audience and inspiring discussion in the midst of depression about the UK's poor position and the state of the planet's environment. Coaching and a new style of leader, dedicated to people and service rather than greed were consistent themes along with the creative and mutual power of coaches to change our world culture.
