A master-class, facilitated by Angus McLeod provided that stimulus. Demonstrating coaching and facilitating the group in de-briefing the process provided the format after having made sure that everyone was coming from the same base of understanding. Two of these fascinating sessions took place and an exercise to explore the quality of silence in coaching. This is the silence where the coachee becomes deeply self-reflective and where the greatest leaps of learning take place. |
