when he will facilitating a Master-class in Sydney. This is the latest in a
number of events which Angus has facilitated for the ICF at national, regional
and international level. The master-classes involves real coaching of delegates
followed by detailed debriefing including expert inputs from the audience. Many
delegates find this fascinating but also highly demanding on concentration; on
the one hand they want to hear and understand the highly exciting development of
the coachee's thinking and stories but on the other to be aware of the
intervention strategy and the possible reasoning for changes in approach. Where
