The 'Coaching Miracles' course in Hove was hosted by Brighton & Hove Council as part of their progressive and continuing leadership in developing coaching skills in key staff. This day represented just one part of an ongoing program of coach-development. The 'Coaching Miracles' day included practical sessions, with a focus on authenticity, the power of silence and the use of reflective language. As well as that, a demonstration MasterClass was provided in a coaching session including a group-debriefing session to unpick the process. An enjoyable day for all (including Angus). Our thanks go to Sue Noble and Peter Burton whose leadership and passion for coaching made this program possible and to the delegates who threw themselves willingly into the day.
