The original 'Performance Coaching' course has been fully updated and is launched this week as 'Positive Impact Coaching'. This new course brings the subject up to date with material that is immediately of use to supervisors and managers at work. The Newcastle course is unique in that it is underpinned by a leading independent body and because the material is highly applicable to practical development by real working people. Not only that, the core skills of coaching are overtly presented - this is quite different from commercial courses that put one-track methodology before principles and underpinning skills.
