Monitoring the quality of what we do for you

We have existing measures which can provide you with confidence: you are getting value-for-money.

For example, we have used a 360 feedback study to measure the effectiveness of managers due to three days of training. One such study shows a 16% increase in performance across twelve different measures and over 4,000 data elements provided by stake-holders.

We are always seeking information from you to define the boundaries of our work for you and to define an organisational context for ALL interventions, including 1-2-1 coaching.

You can also choose any or all of the following FREE elements in any work we do for you and we can advise protocols for each (or you may want to offer your own). These apply for all trainings and coaching work:

We can also offer, at cost, research studies (as exampled by the 360 reference to work above)using profiling methodologies to measure the efficacy of the work we do for you.
