"The world needs as much of Angus McLeod as he can share...I think what he brings to the table is an alternative to the command and control approach to leadership and development, and that caring and concern can be an effective alternative to 'kicking ass'." Jim Brush, imarkup.com

Angus is a master-coach and author of ‘Performance Coaching’ (2003)' and ‘Me, Myself, My Team’ (2000 and 2006) both from Crown House. His latest book, 'Self-coaching Leadership: Simple Steps - From Manager to Leader' was published in May 2007 by John Wiley & Sons in  the UK and under the Jossey-Bass imprint in the US.

His special coaching qualities include making phenomenally safe spaces in which people can make major changes (even in a theatre setting during master-classes), having incredible flexibility to work with the specific needs of the individual and facilitating sustainable change at the highest level. Feedback includes: incredible insight,  “I moved to a whole new perspective”, "flabbergasted" and “transforming”.

He is regularly published in journals in the UK and USA. His master-classes have been run many times with rave reviews. He has been ‘first-call’ coach at PPP Healthcare and Oracle. He has also coached at Board level in numerous corporations in several countries. Angus often coaches professional coaches. Angus is a regular facilitator of team programs for improved communication, coaching skills, leadership, vision & values - he is featured at international conferences and events, often as a keynote or plenary speaker.

"It was a delight and privilege to observe a masterful coach at work" - ICF National Official

The Advanced Diploma Coaching Course was launched in 2008.

Angus co-founded and continues to co-run The Coaching Foundation,  a group for executive and life coaches and mentors. He initiated and co-developed “Ask Max” - the e-mentoring service.  Angus has held numerous Directorships following academic and business careers to senior level and he continues to sit on several boards in both training and environmental sectors.
